Modera is a multi-family apartment building in the Woodland Heights area of Houston. Jardín provided a hand painted stripe mural, art curation & installation for Mill Creek. This project included Texas based artists including Lauren Moya Ford, Cody Ledvina, Astrid Yeager, Melinda Laszczynski, Stephanie Fox, Jen Figueroa, Sophia Casas, Barry Elkanick & Bradley Kerl.
